Centrum Balticum Foundation was founded in 2007 by five Finnish south-western coastal cities (Turku, Pori, Uusikaupunki, Rauma and Vaasa), the support foundations for three universities in Turku and the Regional Council of Southwest Finland.
The Board of Directors is the highest authority of the foundation. The members of the Board are selected for a period of two years at a time.
