First Baltic Sea Policy Briefing published!
Centrum Balticum Centre begins the year 2013 with a new Baltic Sea Policy Briefing Series.
The Baltic Sea Policy Briefing is an international forum for experts, who want to view events, studies, developments and future trends from the Baltic Sea Region standpoint.
Commodore (Ret), Flag Officer, One Star Admiral Bo Österlund begins the series with the "Mare Balticum - Mare Nostrum" heading and continues by writing on the process of security policy in the Baltic.
